How it works

THE TAGThe size of a key fob, on a person, cart or pallet. No app, no login, no behaviour change: wearing it is enough. Sleeps when still, wakes on motion: that's why batteries last years.

THE RECEIVERSFixed receivers on the ceiling, one cable each (power and data over PoE). Identical from the factory: no per-unit configuration.

THE FLOOR PLANYour own hall, to scale, with every tag live: typically accurate down to 10 cm, even among metal, machines and obstacles. On screen within two seconds.

THE CONNECTIONPositions are data like any other: linked to orders, hours and stock in the Unifons Platform, or through the API into your own systems.

Installed in a single day

No survey crews, no weeks of cabling. We make a 3D scan of your building, import your construction drawings (DXF) and measure the receivers in with laser precision. The signal processing uses machine learning to suppress interference from metal and obstacles. By the end of the day, your hall is live on screen.

For the deep reader

Track uses UWB (ultra-wideband) radio: short pulses whose time of flight can be measured precisely, far beyond wifi or bluetooth approaches. We design the tags, receivers, gateways and firmware ourselves, so we can explain and adapt every part of the chain.

The system runs on-premise or hosted, including sites with no outbound internet. Outside covered areas there is no position and no guess: what you see is measured.
