A production company with multiple halls

MANUFACTURING PILOT

SITUATIONSearching for orders, carts and tools cost hours every day. Nobody knew where anything was without walking around. SOURCES FOUNDERP with order data, scanners at dispatch: no system knew where anything was. CONNECTEDUnifons Track as a pilot on the floor: our own tags and receivers, a live floor plan, linked to the existing administration. RESULTIn the pilot: every tag found in seconds, accurate down to 10 cm. Roll-out in preparation.

SITUATIONWrong pallet labels meant returns and angry buyers. Manual checking held up the line. SOURCES FOUNDLabel printers, order data in the ERP, a line that couldn't afford to slow down. CONNECTEDUnifons Vision at the line: a neural network trained on their own labels scans every pallet from two sides in under twenty seconds and checks every label against the order. RESULTZero misreads on validated production runs. No wrong label leaves the building unnoticed.
