A production company with multiple halls

MANUFACTURING PILOT

SITUATIONSearching for orders, carts and tools cost hours every day. Nobody knew where anything was without walking around. SOURCES FOUNDERP with order data, scanners at dispatch: no system knew where anything was. CONNECTEDUnifons Track as a pilot on the floor: our own tags and receivers, a live floor plan, linked to the existing administration. RESULTIn the pilot: every tag found in seconds. Roll-out in preparation.

SITUATIONWrong pallet labels meant returns and angry buyers. Manual checking held up the line. SOURCES FOUNDLabel printers, order data in the ERP, a line that couldn't afford to slow down. CONNECTEDUnifons Vision at the outfeed: three cameras per side on a moving scan head, a neural network trained on their own labels, and every label checked against the order through the ERP. When in doubt, a human decides. RESULTInstalled and connected to the ERP. The numbers follow after the acceptance test.
